We wanted to take a moment and let you know a few of Redmond Precision Armament’s policies -

A few things to be aware of –

Please be fully understanding and conscious  of the gun laws in your state BEFORE placing a bid. There will be a 25% fee charged on the total auction price for any orders that are non-compliant and require a return/refund for any reason. The buyer is responsible for all shipping charges and other charges associated with the return.

The auction winner certifies by bidding that they will pass a background check by “proceed” response via ATF Form 4473. If a return request is submitted for this reason, the 25% fee will be assessed.

Items noted as “Consignment sale” are sold AS-IS with no warranty or guarantees as to condition, finish, matching parts, functionality, accuracy, originality, quality, bore condition, round count, previous uses or users or any other consideration or attribute. These items have NOT been reviewed by us and it is STONGLY suggested that you have a qualified and certified gunsmith look over the item before any type of use. These items are being listed on behalf of a consignor or estate and Redmond Precision takes no responsibility for these items. Please contact us if you have specific questions on these items BEFORE bidding.

By bidding, you agree to all associated fees and taxes.

Sorry, we only ship to the continental US and Alaska (with additional shipping charges). Please email us about this consideration before you complete checkout.

No shipments to PO boxes.

Shipping is $35.00 unless otherwise noted.

We DO NOT ship to 03 C&R license holders for ANY serialized item.

If you wish to combine shipping on orders, please email us at Info@RedmondPrecision.com after winning your first and last items. Please include the auction numbers and title of the auctions won. We will confirm you as the winning bidder and let you know what can be done about shipping charges. Please pay AFTER confirmation of this adjustment. If you pay first, your orders will be individually shipped as won.

You will need to contact your local FFL and have them send us a copy of their FFL if it is not listed in the GunBroker FFL database when your order is placed and submitted. Please have them include your name, order number and FFL to Info@RedmondPrecision.com.

All serialized items are sent to an FFL regardless of age or C&R status.

Magazines will be removed from listings that are won by recipients in ban or restricted states. No discount is offered or to be implied in this case.

Items are shipped via UPS only and will generally ship within 3 business days of payment being received.

No trades or layaway.

Some new items may use stock photos, or photos used of the exact same model or variation listed. Serial numbers may vary in those cases.

The items physical condition should be considered as seen in the photographs for any item not listed in new condition. If additional details are needed, please contact us, otherwise the item is as-is.

Returns are only accepted when the item is grossly misrepresented and not noted as a “consignment sale”. The item must be returned in the condition it was shipped and unfired. Otherwise, there are no returns accepted after winning your auction.

Payment is accepted through GunBroker Checkout, Certified bank checks, money orders or cards with a 3% fee.

If paying with a card, only one card will be accepted, the total will not be split among multiple cards.

No gift cards, prepaid cards or similar type cards, all cards must have the buyers name printed.

Payment must be received within 7 days of the close of the auction. After 7 days, the item will be relisted without notification. Auctions will NOT be ended early for any reason.

Feedback will be left only after it has been left for us.

Please feel free to ask any questions regarding the item ahead of time, they will be answered ASAP.

We do not test fire ANY firearms before shipping. By bidding, you agree to have any item thoroughly and completely inspected by a certified and competent gunsmith and agree to hold us harmless and indemnify  against any injuries, damages or death.

By bidding you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Redmond Precision Armament for any and all issues that may arise with any items sold or offered for sale, as well as any services offered or rendered at any time.

We highly suggest purchasing shipping insurance which can be done by calling Redmond Precision before sending funds for your won item. All shipping insurance is done through Shipsurance and is $1.00 USD per $100 USD of declared value.

Due to the rough nature of shipping, items are sometimes damaged in shipping. While we do our best to pack your item with the utmost care, damages do arise and by bidding, you understand this fact and assume all liabilities from any shipping damages .

If no hard sided case is included with your sale, one can be purchased additionally to better secure your shipment. This is recommended. Please contact us at Info@RedmondPrecision.com before completing your purchase so the cost can be added to the transaction before you complete your purchase.  

If you shipment is damaged in transit, you will need to retain all shipping and packing materials to file a claim. A claim will not be accepted without these materials under any circumstances.

By bidding on this item, you agree to complete purchase and retrieve your item from your chosen FFL. You will incur a 35% fee plus shipping charges for items not picked up.

We DO NOT retract bids. Bidding binds you to the purchase of the item.

All firearms including C&R and antiques will be sent to an FFL regardless of age.

All sales are considered final.
